RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The City of Richmond and Henrico County have closed the Willey Bridge after multiple vehicles spun out of control.
Police say that the wet conditions, and drop in temperatures created ice on bridges and overpasses – and the Willey Bridge was especially bad.
The bridge will remain closed until the ice is cleared.
