Our Children’s classes are awesome because we build leadership, also teamwork, and understanding your place in a team. They’re young, so a child would develop their core strength, their balance, and reaction time. For the adults, it’s also a time to experience to be outgoing, and how to strike and defend yourself. We don’t play you in the pit, the lion’s den day one, we build your confidence and you can slow it anytime and work your way up this far or computing or even coaching if you so desire.
