The Henrico Way, Every Day: Rob Rowley

Rob Rowley joined the Henrico Division of Fire in 2000. He worked hard, pursued advanced training and climbed his way up the promotional ladder. In August 2021, Rob was named Chief of Henrico County Emergency Management and Workplace Safety. He embodies the Henrico Way—the county’s workplace culture that strives to provide excellent customer service every day.
