In this video we show you the best townhomes in Short Pump VA! If you are looking for low maintenance townhome living in one of the nicest parts of Richmond this is the video for you! Short Pump is one of our favorite suburbs of Richmond VA and you are sure to love it! There are a handful of other townhome communities that we have covered before in our previous videos so be sure to watch our other videos about the Short Pump area.
We start with Harbour Cove which is a beautiful townhome community right by Wilde Lake. I really like the beautiful setting and all of the townhomes have lots of windows with some offering really great views of the backyard. The location is amazing too!
After that we head to Stony Run which is a townhome section of the Raintree community. They have a 80s contemporary vibe which is polarizing, but if you like it then you will love these townhomes. Some of them have an small backyard too. Right across the street is Deep Run Park which is a very beautiful outdoor park with walking trails, playgrounds, ponds, and more!
We quickly cover the Waterford Rhye community. There aren’t many units within it, so the likelihood of finding one of these townhomes coming onto the market isn’t big. This is another townhome community with a pond in the back. Right across the street is the Tuckahoe YMCA which you could walk to.
The 4th townhome community we show you is Shire Place. Shire Place is a much newer with townhomes built by Eagle Construction in 2014 to 2016. No fun amenities but the location is great and some of the units have outdoor terraces.
The last townhome community we show you is Saunders Station. This one is our favorite. Located in the Wegmans & Cabela’s commercial shopping center there is so much within walking distance. Also this community’s hoa offers real amenities including a pool, fitness center, and more!
