Gloria Jones DeBruhl, 81, died Monday, October 31, 2022, in Scotland Neck, North Carolina.
Gloria was born in Halifax County, NC, February 13, 1941, daughter to the late Benjamin T. and Mabel Bridges Jones.
She was a long-time member of First Baptist Church of Roanoke Rapids.
In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Neal DeBruhl.
Surviving are her sons, Thomas J. Butler, III, and wife, Teresa, of Littleton, NC and Lawrence Graham Butler of Henrico, NC; daughter, Kimberly Plyler and husband, Michael, of Roanoke Rapids; 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; sister, Annie Jones Stevens, of Keysville, VA.
Earl Cain will conduct a service from the graveside, in Crestview Memorial Cemetery, at 1:00 pm, Friday, November 4, 2022, and the family will receive friends at Wrenn Funeral Home, Thursday, November 3, 2022, from 6pm-8pm.
