In November and December of 2012, Richmond BJJ Academy Head Instructor Eric Burdo (along with his partner Liz Sussan) traveled to Thailand to further his skills in Muay Thai, and to teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu around the country.
The following is a quick highlight video of some of the training he received while in beautiful Phuket, at Tiger Muay Thai.
What makes this more impressive is Eric did all of this while suffering from an intense herniated disc in his lower back, for which he had surgery on when he flew home from the trip.
