HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Henrico Police Department responded to reports of a shooting near 00 Block of South Elm Avenue Wednesday night.
The victim is being treated with non-life-threatening injuries at a nearby hospital. Police confirmed that he is an adult male.
