RICHMOND, Va. — A man was killed in a shooting outside a Henrico convenience store Friday night, according to police.
Officers said 911 calls began coming in just after 8:45 p.m. that a man had been shot in the 400 block of E. Laburnum Avenue.
Crime Update: Police are investigating a homicide after a victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. HPD is in the early stages of this investigation and additional information will be forthcoming as it becomes available.

Officials said the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Officials said officers were in the “early stages” of the investigation and that additional information will be released as it becomes available.
This is not far from where a teenage boy was killed in a shooting near the St. Luke Apartments Sunday morning.
