HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) – A juvenile male is dead after police say he was shot on Engleside Court in Henrico County.
According to the Henrico County Police Department, officers were called to the 100 block of Engleside Drive around 11:15 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 25. Once one scene, they found a juvenile male with an apparent gunshot wound and initiated live-saving efforts.

The boy was then taken to the Medical College of Virginia, where he later died from his injuries. The name and age of the victim has not been released.
A person of interest has been taken into custody in connection to this shooting. 20-year-old Kamonte Noble was found nearby as officers responded to a separate call on the same block. Noble has been charged with second-degree murder and is being held without bond.
