HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — An incident on I295 southbound is causing delays in Henrico County.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the crash took place at mile marker 28, just south of the East Williamsburg Road exit.
The south right shoulder is closed.
