Henrico Police seeking missing 27-year-old man

Henrico Police are seeking a 27-year-old man who was reported missing by his family March 21.

Justin Black has not reported for work or contacted his family since he was reported missing. He last had contact with his family march 18 and was last seen March 20 in downtown Richmond.

Black requires medication and may require additional healthcare services. He was last known to be operating a 2007 orange Pontiac G5 with Virginia registration VLZ-3390.
