A 66-year-old Henrico man died Friday after being struck by a vehicle in Sandston as he apparently was walking in the road. The victim, Anthony Galvin, Jr., was struck shortly before 6:50 a.m. near the intersection of Nine Mile Road and Garland Avenue, not far from Sandston Elementary School.
