What an innovative idea from the Henrico County, Virginia, library system. Someone built a better mousetrap … and what an improvement. This tweet went viral and hit the national news which will probably lead to other libraries both in the Commonwealth and beyond adding this helpful addition to their localities.
A new public library in my area has these work stations for caregivers with babies! Maybe these are common in other places but Ive never seen anything like this before. pic.twitter.com/svmhWu7QbK

Isn’t this a neat innovation? There’s more in the thread under the tweet as well as from Alexandra Schonfeld in the Newsweek article.
All moms and caregivers remember juggling infants in various situations and having to balance a child on their laps while using the computer is one of those situations.
With the daily feed of animosity in politics and the world, some happy news is a welcomed thing. Well done, Henrico.
