RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Clouds will return tonight with a chance of light drizzle or freezing drizzle over the eastern half of the state. We will cool in the 20s tonight, but warm to near freezing with the clouds over us.
There is a Winter Weather Advisory in effect for tomorrow in some areas from Richmond to the northeast tomorrow due to the freezing rain.
