GRTC Receives Award

The Greater Washington Partnership is heralding the successful launch of the Pulse bus rapid transit system and the expansion of GRTC Transit System routes in Henrico County. Citing a “transit revolution” in the region, the Partnership presented Henrico, the city of Richmond and Commonwealth of Virginia with a bronze award from the Institute for Transportation & Development Policy.
