A West End retail shopping center has a new owner.
Seminole Trail Annex, LLC, of Charlottesville purchased the Gold’s Gym Plaza, at 8900 West Broad Street, for $13 million April 1 from West Tower, LLC and SugarOak Investments.
The property consists of 124,275 square feet of retail throughout five buildings. The 44,000-square-foot box anchored by Regal Cinemas and an adjacent parking lot are subject to a ground lease. The center is currently 100% leased and co-anchored by Gold’s Gym.
Regal Cinemas and Gold’s Gym have occupied space at the property for 40 and 19 years, respectively.
