In this video we take you on a tour of 3 different apartment communities in Glen Allen Va. Glen Allen is a suburb of Richmond VA and it is located just north of Short Pump VA. The apartments I show you in this video are all great places to rent and live. All three of these apartments benefit similarly that Short Pump is very close by with tons of amenities just a quick drive away. The three apartment buildings that you will get to see in this video are Abberly at Twin Hickory, Carriage Homes at Wyndham, and my favorite The Addison at Wyndham.
Abberly at Twin Hickory is within walking distance to the elementary and high school. Geographically it is the closest to the Short Pump/West Broad Street area too. It has the standard amenities but an added bonus is that if you are building a home with HHHunt they offer special incentives for their clients.
The Carriage Homes at Wyndham are really nice and quite spacious. Most of the units have attached garages which could also double as a storage unit if needed. Unfortunately residents of these apartments do not get access to the Wyndham neighborhood amenities but you still can enjoy the beautiful setting and miles of sidewalks.
Our favorite is The Addison at Wyndham. We have multiple clients living there now. What is really nice about these apartments is that you can walk across the street to the grocery store, so in theory you could live here vehicle free if needed. This apartment community also had our favorite outdoor pool and seating area.
