Fairfield Library Site Work Begins

A 10-acre site off North Laburnum Avenue is being prepared for the construction of a new Fairfield Area Library. The two-story, 44,803-square-foot library will feature a modern design with an open lobby, meeting and study areas, a digital media lab and a drive-up window for patrons to pick up and drop off materials. An opening is scheduled for October 2019.
