Fairfield Constituent Meeting – April 19, 2021

Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a virtual Constituent Meeting to highlight the Henrico County Police Division, the Office of the Magistrate and the Real Estate Advantage Program (REAP). Police Chief Eric English will share his vision for policing. Chief Magistrate Micah Blankenship will discuss the roles of the Office of the Magistrate. Leo Marsh, director of the Department of Finance’s Revenue Division, will provide an overview of REAP, which offers a real estate tax exemption for qualified seniors and residents who are disabled as well as their spouses.
