Dorey Park Baseball Stadium Construction, Summer 2021

Dorey Park’s baseball stadium is starting to take shape. Work is underway to convert Baseball Field #5 into a stadium, with a renovated playing field and a host of new features. These include 346 covered bleacher seats, an enclosed press box, baseline and outfield spectator areas, sunken dugouts, a new backstop and fencing, LED field lighting and a full-color digital scoreboard. The $3.1 million project, scheduled for completion by May, also will include renovations to the restroom and concession building.
