Cultural Arts Center Mural with a Message

With reports there may be more plastic than fish in the ocean by the year 2050, a local artist created a vibrant mural she hopes will save the James River from the same fate. The colorful artwork surrounds the recycling area at the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen.
