Stacker compiled a list of communities with the most expensive homes in Richmond using data from Zillow. Communities are ranked by the Zillow Home Values Index for all homes as of December 2022. The ZVHI represents a seasonally adjusted price for the middle market for all homes. Data was available for 67 communities in Richmond. Charts for each show the monthly typical home value since January 2018.
