Two buildings in the Innsbrook Corporate Center sold for $20.8 million. This building, at 4401 Waterfront Drive, is the Waterfront Plaza, a 39,123-square-foot two-level office building occupied by four tenants. Highwoods Properties sold the buildings to The Runnymede Corp. based in Virginia Beach, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group which represented the seller.
