This video is our honest review of building with Eastwood Homes in Richmond VA. You will get to see the inside of Eastwood Home’s newest model in Harpers Mill, the Roanoke Floorplan and the inside of a few other spec homes they have listed for sale currently. I have wanted to make this video about Eastwood Homes for a long time, and I will tell you why it took us so long to get around to it. Eastwood Homes is a production builder here in Richmond and they have a handful of communities in which they are building new homes but Harpers Mill is one of the best communities to pick from. You will get to learn a little bit about the Harpers Mill community, and Eastwood Home’s newest section of to be built homes, Fawnwood. At the end of the video I will also tell you all about the building process and incentives offered by Eastwood Homes.
I start this video off by telling you my thoughts based on our experiences working with buyers building with Eastwood Homes. While doing so, I show you the inside of the Roanoke Floorplan. Eastwood Homes has a stellar reputation here in Richmond, and they treat their clients incredibly well. They have done a great job of continuing to build quality, well built homes without any nonsense during the build process. They will be one of the few builders that will exit the Covid Housing New Construction Feeding Frenzy with their heads held high and excellent reputation intact.
We have helped a bunch of clients buy spec houses built by Eastwood Homes, build brand new from scratch homes, and even sold a few resale single family homes previously built by Eastwood Homes. We are happy to report that all of the inspections performed on those houses went exceedingly well. Eastwood Homes builds a quality product with phenomenal attention to detail. They also do a wonderful job of keeping their customers updated throughout the building process by providing weekly emails with descriptions and pictures of the progress.
