There are two locations where Henrico voters can drop off absentee ballots. The drop boxes are monitored by security cameras 24 hours a day. Absentee ballots can be returned to the drop boxes until 7 p.m. Tuesday November, 3rd. Call Henrico Voter Registration at 501-4347 for more information
