I started training with Coach Womack in July 17, 2006. I was 15 years old a sophomore in high school. I had no previous experience with martial arts or any combative sports, I had always watched the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships) and it was always something I wanted to do. When I first met Coach Womack I lacked confidence and was unsure of myself. After years of hard training with Coach Womack’s guidance, I have become very confident in myself and my abilities while remaining humble. Training at Total Victory has taken my body and mind to the next level. My interest from the start was to compete and be the best at it. Coach Womack was a big competitor him self so it was easy to listen to him when he told me to do something. It is hard to have someone tell you to cut weight train hard make sacrifices when they have never done that themselves.
