This is our video tour of The Villages of Charter Colony. Charter Colony is a master planned community in Midlothian Va. Within Charter Colony there are 19 different “villages”, or sections. Charter Colony has something for everyone, and iIn this video you will get to see each section and learn about the types of houses, townhomes, or condos available within each. This neighborhood is absolutely one of the best places to live in Midlothian Va.
We begin the tour with an overview of where Charter Colony is located, and an explanation of the three different geographic sections divided by Woolridge Rd, Charter Colony Parkway, and Highway 288.
The northwest section of Charter Colony contains 7 different villages: Haywood Village, Berkley Village, Steward Village, Glenmore Village, and the Ashton Village are all single family home sections. Madison Village is a low maintenance single family home section also located here. Finally there is the Westwood Village section which is a newer section of condos within Charter Colony.
The northeast section of Charter Colony has 5 different secitons in it. First is the Bristol Village section which is another section of condos. The Abbey Village townhome section is right beside that. Oxford & Hawthorne Village are located just a little further south. These sections share a similar CON and that is the view of the power lines. Hartley Village is the nicest section within this area and the homes located here are beautiful.
The southwest section is last. There are 7 villages within this area and the HOA amenities are located here too. Leland Village & Clayborne Village are both low maintenance sections. Tanner Village & Armistead Village are pretty similar in terms of what they offer. Mallory & Rutherford are both more upscale section of single family homes within Charter Colony. Lastly Sedwick Village is the most exclusive and expensive section within Charter Colony.
