9/11 Memorial Unveiling

As part of an Eagle Scout project, Percell Jackson from Troop 553 worked with Henrico Fire to bring a 9/11 memorial to the Henrico Fire Training Academy. Jackson spent the past year working on the project, which includes a piece from Tower 1 of the World Trade Center.
