Moseley VA is a wonderful suburb of Richmond VA. Moseley is one of the newest areas to have been developed near Richmond and there are lots of wonderful neighborhoods within it. In this video we show you the luxury neighborhoods in Moseley VA.
We start in FoxCreek which is a very large neighborhood. The luxury neighborhoods within FoxCreek are within the estates which is a total of 6 sections within FoxCreek. This area can be a little confusing as there are so many different sections to FoxCreek and there are surrounding neighborhoods all similarly named. FoxCreek is an “older” neighborhood compared to the rest and as such some of the houses here do feel dated. But they are a pretty good value if you need square footage in a beautiful neighborhood.
Next we tour The Landing At Swift Creek which is a waterfront community. There aren’t many waterfront communities in Richmond so this could be a great fit if you are looking for one. This is a very new neighborhood built from 2015-2019. The HOA also provides resident’s water access, a fire pit area, a commuity dock, and a pavilion.
Magnolia Green is one of the best neighborhoods in Moseley VA, period. We have covered this neighborhood before but in this video we highlight the super luxurious custom build section of Banyan Cove. And there are more custom build sections coming to Magnolia Green in the future.
We finish with the new sections in Summer Lake. The Parade Of Homes was held here in 2021 showcasing the beautiful model homes for the custom builders. There are new sections of Summer Lake being developed and will be ready in 2022. Summer Lake is beautiful and has really great amenities. The downside is its location as you are smack dag in the middle of Otterdale Road. Otherwise, I would say its perfect.
