HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Two crashes on Interstate 95 north of Richmond are causing significant traffic backups in both directions.
A tractor-trailer crash on northbound I-95 in Hanover is causing delays, according to VDOT traffic cameras. There is currently a traffic backup of over five miles.
The incident occurred at mile-marker 90.4 in Hanover. All northbound lanes are closed.
Another crash on I-95 South in Henrico at mile marker 86 near the Interstate 295 interchange is causing delays. The left shoulder and left lane are currently closed and traffic is backed up over five miles.
